They have won a loyal customer. Today I signed up for their monthly membership and got the bear claw 🥐. Wow it was tasted. The atmosphere is easy to work in, no burnt coffee smells and great Colombian coffee😁👏🤣

Last week I placed an online order and went to the restaurant to pick up the food. When I arrived, I found that someone had stolen my food! The Manager and staff were quick to replace my order and I was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. There was a time when this Panera struggled to provide good service, but it appears they have changed and I strongly recommend this store and their great staff!

We ordered on the kiosk after 5 minutes since no one had spoken to us. It is not approaching their closing time, but we ordered ten minutes ago and no one seems to be preparing our food. It took 25 minutes to get our food. The food does look and taste good, so 3 stars for the food. 2 stars for the service.

I love this place. The workers are very friendly, and the food is fresh and never greasy. Be prepared to wait, though. Everything is prepared fresh, and I always have to wait, but it is worth it.

Ordered a chicken sandwich at the drive thru, got home to eat and pulled a long hair out of the middle of my sandwich. So disgusting and such a waste. This isn’t the first i’ve heard of people getting hair in their food. I won’t be back.
