Not good. Missing 1/4 of our take out order. Very small portions. I guess they take inflation out on the delivery orders.

Was very disappointing. Sald bar even scaled down. Steak could not eat. Ribs had a good flavor but tuff. And the chips thats all you got. Will not go back.And the grease on the plates really people?

I had a wonderful new evening waitress. She was all smiles 😃 and tried very hard 115%. Her willingness was impressive and her determination will take her far. Her service was worth more than the tip I left. So I give her 10 extra stars and Grand total of 15 Gold stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 plus the 5 stars above 👏 bravo!!! I enjoyed my mango lemonade and my take home cheesecake w/strawberry cup. You are the best!

Ruby Tuesday has managed to hang on during this pandemic. Their salad bar is now back open. Their ribs are "off the chain", burgers are real good and salads are awesome. Wide variety of foods to choose from. If you like cheesecake, don't leave without trying theirs. It's straight from the cheesecake factory and absolutely delicious! You get a very generous slice. My daughter and I usually share it. Give them a try.

Fairly fast service, considering some reviews stating otherwise.
We were seated, party of 3, within 5 minutes, orders taken within 10 minutes and received our food fairly quickly, @10 minutes?
I had Ruby cheese burger, bit skimpy on fries.
Wife had a salad, good amount of chicken.
Our friend had serving of nachos.
Great server, good service, deserving of 18% tip.

I would've liked to have ate there today but I guess my server didn't want me to. I sat down at 1:08 and left at 1:29. Wendy was lovely and greeted me and sat me in a timely manner... I order a sangria and a water from the young gentleman server... he then went to a four top took their drink order I'm guessing... 20 minutes go by and I still don't even have a water to drink... I left due to the awful service 😪 I was on my lunch break and would've loved to had a salad but I can't wait twenty minutes for a drink that never came and as I'm getting up to leave I see him coming out with the four tops drinks... where did my drinks go? Cause I never got them... decided to take my business elsewhere... so now I'm sitting in cheddars and I just got my food within ten minutes of sitting here!! Wow Ruby Tuesday you had one job... I will not be back and I'm a regular...

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Everything came out great! Service was fast and the server was very nice. The manager came out and checked on us as well and was very pleasant to talk with. Highly recommend.

Although our server was wonderful, the restaurant and food left much to be desired. I was looking forward to the salad bar, however it was messy, untended, and most items were spilling, or almost gone. At the end of the line, right next to the food, was a giant trash can at counter level...what a turn off! The ribs were overdone and hard to chew. Neither one of us felt good after eating there, and I became very sick after eating a little bit of my order. The tables were dirty as we were seated. The silverware had food stuck to it. We had to rush out of there and go directly home. Don't go here. They're horrible.
