Hibachi Xpress

Overpriced. Asked for Hibachi chicken. Comes out to over 8 bucks with no drink included….🤦🏻‍♂️ Also asked to have the onions and zucchini swapped for broccoli instead. Ended up getting the same amount of broccoli as if I never brought it up, meaning they skimped me on the amount of food people usually get. When I brought it up, I was told that’s all I get in broccoli. So long story short, I paid over $8 to get a giant box of rice with a few pieces of chicken and even fewer pieces of broccoli. Leaving a photo so anyone reading this knows I’m not full of it. This much rice should cost less than a dollar. What a shame.

I called in my order (hibachi chicken an steak) and when I get there the lady at the registered was adamant that I ordered shrimp and steak. When I explained that I had not (I don’t eat seafood period) she told me, “next time you order right!” She was extremely rude and has no place at the front of house. Also this was not an off day, I’ve eaten there many times and she yells at employees regularly.

Do not waste your money!!!! Used to get the teriyaki bowl from there a while back and they used to give you broccoli, zucchini and onions, I went there today ordered the bowl and called the store back and they said that it does not come with it! So I paid $7 for some chicken and rice!!! I will NEVER go back!

I don’t understand how you can state your open until 9:30 but you have someone working the counter with the upmost rudest attitude ever. Called in a pickup order around 8:15 (we work late nights) to pick up. The entire time of telling the woman our order she cut me off numerous times, interrupted me, and tried to end the call before I was even done telling her my next order. If you want the business, then be pleasant!

Wow. The food was great bit you have to find this place in the shopping plaza. Be careful, you might pass it with it'd charcoal and black storefront. The food is delicious and the portions are a good size. This place is great for lunch and dinner and they offer sushi, XpressMusic bowls, starters/appetizers, soup, salads, Ala carte side items as well as small portions for children. They feature self serve fountain Pepsi products. The dining area is small and quaint. I really have enjoyed this place. I hope to visit again real soon.
