Outback Steakhouse

Food was great!!! Steak cooked perfectly and the salad and bacon cheese fries were DELICIOUS. Cody M. made my experience even more enjoyable. He brought me out tons of ranch and even a ranch to-go as well. He has a great attitude and accommodated every request. I really appreciate how he makes you feel welcome and that he is HAPPY to help. He is a great asset to this restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Was very impressed with the whole experience. Our server, Hannah was on top of everything from beginning to end and so sweet and courteous. Our party had grilled chicken and the bloom'en chicken and I must say that Leroy and Craig did an outstanding job in preparing our meals. Food was flavorful, juicy, and presentation was exceptional. We were greeted by Alyssa the kitchen manager after we were seated as well as during and after our meal ensuring that our dining experience was up to our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful lunch Outback Team!!!!!

We just had a late lunch there today and everything was amazingly delicious! The hostess was so sweet and our waiter/server, Jack, was absolutely outstanding!! He was very attentive and we had no issues whatsoever, (which is rare with restaurants lately). The Manager stopped by to check in on us as well, and was super-kind. Thanks to everyone there today, we definitely will be back!

Been here twice and each time was amazing!!!! They have the best bar drinks and cocktail selections!! The bartenders were great both nights! Our waiters were both amazing each time!! Shout ot to the cooks because each time the food was amazing!!! Like, no complaints on anything! Ready to go back real soon. The only restaurant in Greenville that is serving great food and drinks. Can't forget the good service!!!!

I had Daniel as a server and let me just say what a absolutely amazing experience. I have been to other Outbacks and had decent servers but he went above and beyond. Made sure me and my family had everything we needed, even changed a channel on a TV near by for me to catch some of the game! 10/10 recommend this location to anyone visiting or lives in Greenville

First I’ll preface this review to give praise to the manager on shift tonight (didn’t catch her name). It took an hour for our appetizer to come out, another 15 minutes for a second drink to come out (which was sent back to be remade), and nearly another hour for our entrees. They overcooked hubby’s steak and with the long wait and mistakes he longer wanted to eat. While we were waiting I did observe our server Kaydi exhibiting amazing customer service to her other tables and was very punctual. Unfortunately that excellent service was not extended to me and my husband. I will say the manager was very aware of the mistakes and the amount of time that we waited and made things right with us. We do enjoy this location for our date nights and will gladly come again. We’ll just be a little more mindful of who’s section we’re seated in moving forward. Thank you
