Wait about 10 to 15 minutes to put drink order in and to be acknowledged from server. No sweet tea or lime for beer. Wait at least 25 minutes or more for food. When it came, it was very cold. Told host. Told him to take it off our check. Left without eating. Will never be back there. Called manager, he just made up excuses.

Waited 50 minutes just to order and then as we sat down people who ordered after us (and got the same meal as us) were served first. We spoke to the server and they said they were just putting our order in. Overall food and service are both trash. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else.

I had an awful experience. I waited at least 20 minutes in line JUST to place my order and he seated. There were no lids when I made my drink and waited 55 MINUTES for my food!!! My friend asked for sour cream and the waitress never brought it out. Horrible experience. There needs to be changes made with the management

Couldn't even order to-go, was put on hold 3 times for 5-10 minutes each time, the other times I tried they didn't even pick up. When they're on it everything's okay, but when they're not the place may as well not be open. Awful service, go to an actual Chili's if you want a good experience.

Literally the worst service ever. Waiting at the register for 10 minutes as we listened to the staff laughing and goofing around while we waited for service. So when the manager came he never said sorry just gave us a look like “whelp”- he then gave me attitude when I did not look pleased. Bad manager and bad staff and too long of a wait.

Service is extremely slow, make sure you order sauce and everything beforehand. It takes 15-20 minutes to get ranch or BBQ sauce and a lot slower for the food.

The foods good but I've had to wait 45 Mon both times and I was also told after 45 min that they were out of bacon to make my BLT
