What should have been so simple turned into the longest unnecessary experience ever! Third at drive-thru for medium fry and a Coke. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was served cold limp fries. I had the young lady replace the fries, she agreed and asked that I pull over. Waited an additional 15 minutes and finally went in. Stood at the register for 5 mins, had someone from the kitchen looked in my face, she did not say anything nor did she alerted anyone else to my presence. Someone randomly walking through noticed and turned around to assist. I explained the situation and asked that if there were no fresh Fries that I would take a strawberry pie. This should have been a free strawberry pie along with the fries that you owe me from 30 minutes ago. So much for customer service. These were all young untrained youngsters likely experiencing their first job. That's great but train them. Restaurants want to remain open but your service and quality will eventually close you anyway. I got the apple pies at about 4:16 pm. Pulling away from the parking lot I noticed good through 3:14 p.m. They serve me old, cold,outdated food one again. I was done at this pont!

The service was terrible; the order wasn't right! And the older black woman at the drive thru took 4 cars in the second lane that came after me! When i tried to speak she said i am not taking your order yet I also when I said that was rude she looked at me and said black coffee I said no cream and sugar got black,I had to go back in any way to get the order right! This McDonald's is across from Greenville Hospital (Prisma). Get some better help!

They should not have serviced it if it wasn’t right. Ordered 2 small caramel frappe‘s. I watched the girl make them. She even squatted down to look at it as she made the last one. I couldn’t believe she gave it to me like this. Take a look at the photo, I didn’t drink any of either one. Can You believe this handed these to a customer! When I drove back around to show her this, this was her reply, “ I was running out of the mix”. I see this type of pride in a people’s quality of work these days. If you don’t Respect your job, then don’t work there.
