Mcdonald's

I have NEVER been to a McDonald's like this one. The workers are the sweetest, most attentive, and focused people! They are working hard to make people feel welcome and cared for. Our breakfast was good and matched standards found at other McDonald's. But the atmosphere is amazing. They even have tablecloths on a number of the tables. The front of house lovely lady brought our food, separated it by person, then took or trays when we finished. Pretty much stunned.

I've NEVER in my life experience service like the service here in Greenville MS.. and this is my hometown. I'm here from Las Vegas NV. I've also lived in California for YEARS!! I don't understand why the service is so sh$*!. I don't understand why the owners don't do regular visits to make sure the staff is doing their job properly. You get attitude, cold fries, they hold orders, while your in the drive thru instead of them say "I'll be with you in a moment" no one says anything, even though your saying "HELLO" but they don't CARE.. They reply when they are ready. SAD.. and the drinks never taste right!!! It's terrible. I can't wait to leave this city, so that I can return to a place where you feel appreciated as a customer. Shame on you Greenville McDonald's.

This is my 2nd time here. 1st time the manager was very rude and instead of asking if I had correct change,she told me she couldn't take my cash unless I donated it all to the register(95 cents). 2nd time they gave my frappuccino to another customer after me. And one worker was wearing gloves but constantly touching money,her hair and then the food🤢 then in the parking lot,a young man was so busy texting & driving he came within inches of hitting my car & my grddaughter...he had to slam on his brakes!!!

It is very convenient in the area. I always Pay It Forward, the girl at the window made a comment, that she did not like it when people paid it forward, well good thing Jesus guides me and not her. I pray for her. It has always been very friendly, clean restaurants and all their machines work regular unlike so many others.
