Just don't go to this location. I have never had a good experience here. I thought I would give it one more try and I regret it. It took 30 minutes today. Most of that was pulling forward to wait on chicken nuggets. But then when they brought it and I told them I was missing two things. They brought half of what I was missing and told me that they didn't ring up the second order of fries and that I had to go through the drive-thru to order and pay and wait again.

Worst experience ever will never go back there. So due to strong winds some bread creates hit my car that they had by back door and dinted my car. When I got to window I told the girl and ask for managers and phone number and for some reason she seemed upset that I asked the manager came to window and I explained and she looked and said what I see there looks old like how dare she so I told her listen not making a huge deal here but need a number to report it to my insurance so she said you can tell them where it happened and walked off and they decided to send another lady to window to give me food and ignored my request and didn’t even give me my receipt while the girl that was at window lifted her shirt robbing her belly like WTH was that about. I’m sooooo upset but I will let corporate handle this one with these laddies

Worst customer service ever. I believe the young gentleman at the window was training, bc he could not coordinate how to both take orders, and take cash at the window at the same time. My wife asked him if he heard our order, he literally said, " Girl!, I'm taking cash right now. All I wanted to order was two $4 for $4's, he thought I said two #4's. So we pulled up to try and understand what exactly was going on. We cleared up that we didn't want a #4 so he changed it. The manager on duty told him, " that us making decisions at the window, was holding up her drive through time" For him to, "make us pull up." I don't know exactly where to start this review. Running a position, especially Drivethru, requires a certain level of training before one is able to properly take care of guests. The Manager didnt care that the customer could hear through the window, she took the time to wrongly insult me. She spoke out on a situation that she didnt fully take the time to fix. Also, she missed a coaching opportunity with her employee, and not to mention the fact her employee was scared to tell her he made the mistake. She manages through intimidating and bullying her employees and customers. Wendy's, you have to do better. Drive through times? It's getting back to the basics time, and worry about taking care of your customers. I'm usually not this harsh, but I seriously find this unacceptable. The last customers of the day deserve the same respect as the 1st customers of the day.

They said they didn't serve frosties anymore. I got home no hot sauce for our 3 chilli. Also tasted like a jar of tomatoes. Workers their was so rude. Never again will my family go there.

Dirty, terrible food, watched a cook go outside for a smoke break of something and then walked right back in to work without washing hands. No one at counter for several minutes. Will never eat in any Wendy's again.
