Taco Bell

Purchased a Deluxe box and an extra 5 layer burrito on the side. Got home to a missing a hard taco, and then opened my chulupa. Soon as I opened the wrapper a hair was starring at my face! For sure not my hair, it was wrapped all in and under all the lettuce sour cream and stuck into the steak.i didn't even get to eat my food, after seeing the hair in my food I threw EVERYTHING away. I WILL NOT be eating here again after finding out I am the second person this WEEK who has found a long hair in their food. Not only that I called the store for all it to do is ring and no one pick up the phone!

My order # 387434 Ana G. Was so friendly, nice, let us know Taco Bell had Happy Hour when we ordered it drink, which btw... we didn't know Taco Bell had Happy Hour!!! That's so awesome! I liked that everyone there was friendly, they didn't seem like they hated their job! Thank you for hiring great team members that care and are respectful!

Ordered on DoorDash.. My order was 10 items.. I received 5 of my 10 items and the 5 I did receive were messed up. No lettuce. No cheese. Forgot 2 out of 3 drinks, and forgot the cheese for my chips and cheese… don’t worry tho they included a free soft taco for next time.. if I could give it 0 starts I would…

CHECK YOUR FOOD! The last few times I've ordered from here they've changed my order to account for shortages. That's understandable but they don't tell you. Order beef? Nope you get chicken! Order a diet drink? Nope you get regular - hope you aren't diabetic! Frustrating and potentially dangerous with food allergies or sensitivities.

I went through the drive through on my way home. I ordered a chalupa, a beefy 5-layer burrito, and the cinnamon bites. Overturning was great except the beefy 5-layer burrito. I want to know why it had lettuce and tomatoes in it? Like, just no. Really ruined my dinner. I also was stuck on the toilet within 20 minutes of eating :(

We really thought they changed & had new cooks. For past couple of months when we got our food, it was hot, fresh and actually had meat in the tacos. Picked up an order tonight & the hard taco shell was stale, no meat in my gordito, no cheese or tomatoes on the tacos, cinnamon twist where just thrown in the bag!!!
