Got 20 sausage biscuits for my co workers , food is good , waiting 20 minutes , not so good ,

The employee working the drive thru window handed my bag out to the car in front of me. Customer handed it back and then employee handed to me. My order was more expensive than I thought it should be. Once I looked at the receipt I saw that I was charged for the car in front of mine's order. When I presented the situation, they tried to deny handing the bag to the car in front me and the said to the other employees you didn't get the tea back too. That's proof in itself they were in the wrong.

Food was OK but is always increasing in prices a plain biscuit is almost 1.70. I feel bad for the poor lady's working there as only 3 people were working that morning.

When giving your order at the drive thru and you tell the person exactly what you want and when you get to the window and pay for your order,why at this Hardee's on Augusta rd. like going to Donaldson Center, your order is never right when you get it and the food be cold, the owner needs to get better workers that can keep customers coming to this Hardee's not running them away!!!...😖😠😡👎
