Usually okay. The service is very slow. They need to STOP telling people to go wait and park. They usually forget about bringing out the order. Ive had to unfortunately park several times when they say to do so and 10+ minutes pass and they don’t come out. My food is always just sitting in the counter. Service needs to improve by a lot. Otherwise good is usually good.

One of my favorite chicken places, but I'm unhappy with them at the moment. They have replaced their club sandwich on toast and lettuce and tomato with an abomination version that comes on a bun.
It's a completely different sandwich, so why remove the original club? I was just telling my dad that the club was my fave, now when he orders it he's gonna get the wrong thing and think I'm a simp for liking some average chicken sandwich.

Not the traditional fried chicken menu. If your looking for chicken legs, thighs, breastd and wings, you are at the wrong store. Zaxby's is more along the fast food for chicken. Plenty of salads and sandwich options supported by bone out cuts of meat with various sauces. All options are served with fries.

Great food, quick service, and a good price. Lobby seemed a bit gloomy from the dim lighting, but easily made up for it with the friendliness of the staff.

This Powdersville location is conveniently located close to my home, so we visit a good bit. Food is always good! The service is usually friendly & efficient.

2of the girls behind counter very rude food took 30 min and had to ask for it to be taken out of window. Food cold fries terrible. To many things going on for no more help than they. Everyone in there and doing take out upset. I eat at Zaxbys alot and this whole experience was terrible. Wont be back there
