This experience was horrible. The guy with the ponytail which I believe to be the manager was extremely rude. Every table and inch of the place was unclean. Even the counter to order food was full of piles of crushed chips on the floor. There was no clean table to sit at. The fountain and salsa counter was disgusting. The chips we had were stale and the “shredded” chicken was given in chunks. Even the Queso was full of things dropped in it. The lady next to us even said her burrito was messed up. I’ve never been to a moes this horrendous!

I’ve always LOVED moes until I went to this location. This place is what one would call a hot mess unlike the food there which was cold. They are extremely stingy with every product, my friend had chicken nachos that only included 3 huge pieces of chicken. There is a saying that says not to judge a book by the cover….well this location proves that saying completely wrong, the food is cold, stale, with no flavor, and the looks of the place definitely represents it. The manger Kevin(he has a ponytail) is rude and yells at all the worker for the amount they should put on the burrito and nachos. Me and my friends even talked to some of the employees, all of which stated that he was a horrible and rude manger. The manger was yelling at the new employee. The cheese seemed to be spoiled as there were clumps and lumps all in the cheese. I AM NO KAREN BUT THIS PLACE IS TURNING ME INTO ONE. There was only one clean table in the entire place and there were broken chips all on the floor. The people near me were also complaining about their food. I will not be surprised if I get food poisoning. The manger seemed to be annoyed at the fact that I was there…buying food. Thank you for listening to my survival story from this location

We ordered on the app to go, we figured that way it can't be messed up. I don't know where quesadillas look like this but this was not what I was hoping for or expecting, it just does not look appetizing at all. Also, we had one order with chips with green salsa. We didn't get it so I went back inside and I was told that next time I needed to bring the order back in so they can confirm. Do you think I'm out and about trying to steal chips from you when they come "free" with the order especially when I was just in there and it was the same person who gave me the order??? I got another bag with chips but still no green salsa and the red salsa that was in the other bag was half full. Do you really think that would be enough for 2 people? Definitely not going back to this location, very disappointed especially when I have always chose Moe's over Chipotle.

Service was fast and friendly. Place was clean. Plenty of ice. A very small issue was the chips were slightly stale but not to the point of that being a problem.

We came there on Sunday not very busy the food was good and fast 2 things that bothered me a little one was the girl that was making our food has curly hair and it was in a light bun and before she started she was plucking hair off of herself in front of us no hat or hair pulled back or anything. 2nd is the soda machine was leaking over and running on the floor got the bottom of my shoes all sticky had to was them out other than that it was good.

My wife tried to order online but was unsuccessful as the website is hard to navigate. I was nearby this location so I decided to go in and order at the counter. Upon arriving and entering the facility, I noticed that the place was a wreck, the staff seemed bothered by me being there, and it was only 630pm. I ordered a steak and potato bowl for my wife. The steak was burnt and the potatoes were cold. She had to put her whole meal in the microwave just 15 minutes we ordered it. I got a homewrecker it was cold when I got home as well. I usually hold Moe's to a higher level when I go, but this experience was extremely upsetting and need I say, lacking. I noticed that most of the food held in pans on the steam trays were almost empty and looked old/cold. The lettuce seemed to be old with brown spots, and all the proteins looked as if they had been sitting for a while, not at the proper temperatures, according to food service standards. I say all of this not to complain, but to get the attention of the owners/ management and tell them to step up and take care of this. We will not be eating here again, as it was a collosal waste of money.

If you expect your online order to be prepared upon your arrival, adjust your expectations to a lower level. You can also expect to see employees eating chips and queso behind the counter and being less than cheerful about completing your order that should have been done in advance due to you ordering ahead.
