Waffle House

Today's experience was truly incredible!! I met a Cook by the name of Jay! He' was a One man show on Stone Ave in Greenville!! He was there working alone, without any help, but you would've never knew it!! He was very friendly despite not having any one too take the order he served me with a smile, was extremely attentive too me and the other guest!! Food was hot and cooked too perfection!! As, I sat watching him take orders, cook and clean after each order!! I thought to myself! Mr Waffle truly needs to know he has one dedicated employee who was there going the extra mile for his company and guest!! Thank Big Jay!! You made my day!! That 3egg omelette was spot on and the customer service was 100% amazing!

For the past few times i tried to eat at this Waffle House around 1am they have the doors locked. The last time they had the doors locked, the officer outside said that they closed to “Clean”. So everybody that was waiting outside had to leave. Last night there was literally 6 people inside (all of whom had on Waffle House uniforms) with not one customer inside and the doors once again LOCKED while they was just standing there staring at me all stupid like pulling on the door. I’m so annoyed with this place that i decided i definitely won’t be back. For them to be 24hrs they don’t ever have their doors unlocked and it’s irritating.

This waffle house is the absolute worst place to attempt to have a meal. I went there on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch. Half of the restaurant was roped off. There were six employees standing around talking about whatever. There were no customers other than myself and an elderly couple who walked in just in front of me. It took 10 minutes for someone to come and take my drink order and then another five minutes before my meal order was placed. I watched no one took action. It took another 10 minutes and I finally had enough and got up to leave. I told Lasane the shift leader to cancel my order . They genuinely seemed surprised that I was leaving. I will never step foot in this place again. As I was leaving I noticed half of the crew outback smoking and doing God knows what else. If I could leave a fraction of a star I would.

Omg one of the Best Waffle House my family & I have been to. Had attend the gospel concert this past weekend & decide to finish it with this Waffle House up the street & around the corner "hidden gem". The 2 guys as the cooks need a raise they did excellent handling the concert crowd coming & the waitress were just as nice. Wish I can come there unfortunately I reside in Orangeburg. Food was a 10/10!

I Hate When the Wrong People Work In Customer Service this Lady With the Long White Fake Nails And Big Glasses Was Rude and Short With Me when I pulled in the parking Lot She Looked At Me Like She Didn't Want to Be Bothered so I Get out my car I walk in and I Say Hey How Y'all Doing And She Replies with Do You have A To Go Order I Say No Then she Say I'm Only Taking To Go Orders so I leave If Waffle house is taking to go orders fine that's cool but at least be kind and polite to the customer that didn't know.. and a side note they not wearing mask or gloves so they can't be too scared of coronavirus

Our local waffle House is very good. It's cleaner than most other waffle Houses we go to on our road trips. We hit this one up at least twice a month. Staff is nice and entertaining. Food is consistent and good. No real complaints just full bellies. I would like to see all waffle houses put more effort into cleaning the ceiling to floor and bathroom to grease traps more than they do. Being a chef for many years one thing I pushed our staff wash the facility being very clean.
