My best friend and I had chosen this location due to it being clean and well ran. However on April 11 2022, while waiting in line to order the Manager on shift coughed unto someone's food, and once called out placed the meat back onto the bar. We then pointed out what he had done he got mad and asked us to leave.

Second time going to this store and the dining area smelled like a gnarly bathroom! I mean, that smell was STRONG. I felt bad for the employees because I KNOW they GOT to smell that, which makes me think the place might have pluming or ventilation issues, and it can't be resolved by cleaning. I was additionally surprised when I walked in, because there was a line! I was like, "these people don't care that this place smelled so strong of booboo that you can almost taste it in your mouth? They're going to have a sandwich where all those ingredients are sitting out in that nasty dookie smelling air?" 🤔😂

I typically order from your store thru the app. Never had a issue. I know how to use the app. There must have had a glitch on the app. My sandwich was filled with stuff I don’t eat. I went back to get order fix. The girl said she was not going to do it because the app printed out what she put on my sandwich. That I had to buy another. I will not be going back to your store. Your server was so rude. But I’m sure she will not be reprimanded.

I often visit this location as it is close to my residence & I am always treated with courtesy & great customer service. I’m always greeted when I enter and I am greeted goodbye as I leave! I appreciate as a customer this respect and I always receive fresh food! Thanks subway in cedar lane for the great service and good fresh food. I will return when I crave a cold cut which is often! The cookies are bomb! I always appreciate the small complimentary waters as well! Keep up the great work it is appreciated by me highly! 5 star review! Thanks for my extra toppings just like I love em!
