Hibachi & Asian Kitchen

We got the secret Chinese menu and ordered the big plate chicken. It was really yummy and authentic! I’m only giving a 3 star review because the waitress was not friendly at all. She barely interacted with us. I still left a 15% tip as a courtesy but I wish I left zero. Other servers there seemed very nice though.

I dined here with a large group participating in a convention this weekend. The restaurant was very busy and the food was amazing and came out quick. I ordered the hibachi chicken and my family member ordered shrimp fried rice. The ginger dressing on my salad was top notch, the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the chicken was well seasoned and high quality meat. I wish I had a photo to share, but we were so hungry that we ate it too quickly! It appeared that they may be local, small business owners, and they are doing their very best to serve this high traffic area of Greenville. Give this spot a try if you are looking for a quality dinner out!

I went for a healthy meal and got the Wok balance Chicken and shrimp in teriyaki. Had to order extra teriyaki to have the flavor for more of my liking since it isn’t really seasoned. My fiancé got the wok fried shrimp meal in sesame sauce and he loved it (I should’ve got that instead of trying to be healthy lol). My daughter got the kids sweet and sour chicken which is her favorite. The spring roll (not pictured) was delicious and served with a chili sauce instead of duck sauce. Great service as well! We really enjoyed going during lunch hours since it wasn’t packed with great prices and portions.

Previously we have eaten a duck dinner here that was quite good. Today we new the duck (pulled) over rice meal sounded different. After ordering we found it quite different and very disappointing. The meal started with a cold egg roll served with a very small portion of duck sauce. The duck arrived and it was as much just skin as there was meat. Some of the meat was ok but bland, but most was overcooked and tough. We ordered brown rice (2 dollar up charge) but still received white rice and some decent broccoli crowns on top. Sadly the broccoli was the best part of the meal. Service was poor! Had to ask for drink refills, soy sauce, etc Possibly last trip here- it seemed like it was more than just an off day!
