Puerto Vallarta

Meals for both of us -food was good, tasty, but all was luke-warm. I will be back for more and ask for a hot meal. I will also know better than to sit in one of those booth seats, a real disaster! They're covered nicely, but whomever did the recovering job failed to make sure that the seating area was firm and comfortable. Apparently they just covered over what was there and left a horrible sitting area. Felt like I was sunk in lower than should be when seated, lumpy, and made my already pained back worse sitting there. Owner needs to check their restaurant in all areas to be sure all in order. Makes for happy and repeat customers.

I would put 0 stars if it was an option!!! Wesat outside of the restaurant and ordered over the phone, my husband walked in not even 5 minutes after I hung the phone up. When he came out we started to eat the food in the car because we had stuff to do before we could make it home and when we opened the tacos he ordered they were so soggy that they were stuck together and wrapped together in a single piece of aluminum foil, they were nasty. I ordered the quesadillas and they were just as soggy sand weren’t even made like I ordered. My husband called to tell them how we felt, the guy tried to say we waited too long to come get the food but yet we ordered it while we were there! they offered to remake the food if we had come back, we weren’t able to go straight back so I called to tell ask if they could remake it or put our names down for another day and they told me they couldn’t and that I had to bring the old food back before they would even do anything for us. The food is terrible and the customer service is just as bad!!!!! My first and only time I will EVER. spend any time or money at this establishment!!!! I would put 0 stars if I could!!!!!

We went Puerto Vallarta for lunch today to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter was Benjamin G. according to the check. An older gentleman, who last time we went was all flirty with my older sister. Today my parents got there before us, they ordered they're drinks, my boyfriend and I walk in and sit down. Benjamin never came to greet us nor take our drink order. My mom was given 2 glasses of sweet tea so she gave me one. When we ordered my boyfriend ordered a water.....shocker Benjamin never brought it. The guy from the kitchen was the one to finally bring a water and refill the rest of the drinks. Moments later Benjamin walked over all hostle asking who needed refills and how many checks we as a table needed and who he needed to hand it to. He was very short and rude. Definitely hope he doesn't wait on us next time.
