I enjoy going to small diners over franchise food chains. This establishment is under new ownership and I wish them well.
I believe they have the ability to be very successful, however they need to make some improvements:
1) Visit other successful diners and take notes what makes them so good. For example is it the food and/ or service?
2) They need waitresses/waiters that hustle. They had one excellent waitress and two others that weren't nearly as good.
3) If your a breakfast place have one person make rounds with coffee. . .no customer should have to ask for coffee. This person could also refill water/beverages and clear tables.
I think this is a good restaurant, however it needs to get better. . .happy customers are repeat customers.
Friendly staff, lightning fast service, large portions, very good food, reasonable prices!
Only place to eat decent food after bar close. Their omelettes are good, along with most of their diner-style food, and their pie is very good. A great restaurant, but like most 24 hour diners, the quality is good only on their breakfast foods and average on everything else.
First time here. Great decor and very clean. Food is made to order so it was very hot and delicious. Great service very polite and friendly. Will be coming back for sure!
Awesome food, a little expensive compared to the restaurant that was here before the current but do not let that stop you from checking it out. Their hours are a little odd for a restaurant but it's totally understandable. Staff is great and very knowledgeable about the menu.
