Everytime I've dined here it has always been delicious! The tacos are in the 2.50 range but you get what you pay for here. When I asked to special order my torta, they actually did it how I requested. Haven't had that in the 12 years of being in this town and dining at every Mexican restaurant. Even my leftovers look amazing!!! Very pleased with the service and food. Definitely will return!

Today I came to the restaurant El tapatío to eat a delicious meal 😋 often but this thing they gave me is called "menudo" it lacks consistency in flavor, color and smell that is why it receives my 2 1/2 star rating 🌟 improve a little. And something more important has a lot of fat

This is a quaint mexican market with a carnicería. If you are having a Carne Asada this summer I recommend stocking up here.

Food was really good and authentic, the service was outstanding and their prices are reasonable, food reminds me of Chicago/Milwaukee Mexican food.

My buddy ordered a $5 margarita that was described when advertised as "very strong", turned out to be non-alcoholic, and both dishes were cold. When we spoke up we were given a Spanish mumbling reason for how lengua and shredded beef burritos are cold dishes. No atmosphere.

The BEST place in town 🔥 food is definitely made with 💕 It’s soooooooooo good. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Love this spot it is definitely my fav. Wish they were open all the time though because when they’re closed and I get a taco craving I have to settle for that lame taco truck around the corner 🤮 and we all know that truck is only good when your drunk 😭😅
