Kfc

I went to the drive through, only to be told they had no chicken, while employees were outside smoking!!!! When they do have chicken, the employees treat you like you are annoying them.... Interrupting time in their cell phones. I will never go back. The time I did get chicken it was a little rare and greasy! The whole time employees smoking outside. Employees going in and out of cars in the parking lot. Drug deals? They all had their little bags!

(Editing my review. I didn't realize I was reviewing the GB one instead of my local one in Marinette). This KFC just doesn't stack up the same way as our local one. They were terribly slow, the food was definitely NOT fresh, and the teenagers working there had so much attitude it wasn't funny. I came through on drive thru and it took them 6minutes to acknowledge me and another 17 to get my food. Then, they got my entire order wrong. It took another 5 minutes to get my order back correctly. I will say that the manager did the right thing by immediately taking over the making of my order herself and made sure it was correct this time (though the food still wasn't as fresh as I would like) and she threw in a free (soggy) side of potato wedges for my trouble. That doesn't really negate the fact that it took me 35 minutes from entering their parking lot to leaving it... to get 5 chicken little sandwhiches minus the pickle and a (flat) soda. I am VERY unimpressed. It wasn't even busy. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot and another 3 (including me) in the drive line. Not okay guys. Not okay at all. I will never visit this store again.

Horrible they offered me the new chicken sandwich and it was cold and had a weird taste like it’s been sitting in that bag for hours and the fries were cold. If you’re going to offer something at least make it fresh. Also the drive thru window worker had a attitude with me probably because I interrupted hers and the other manager woman who drives a grey car break and they had to rush back in to do their job!

Quite possibly the worst restaurant in Green Bay. The staff is extremely rude. Us being there was a major inconvenience to them. We had to wait 45 minutes for our small order of food because the chicken tenders took a long time. We ordered ahead on the website so it would be ready by the time we got there. When I went through the drive thru to ask about the order after waiting 30 minutes they were ignoring us and wouldn’t even turn around to acknowledge us. After they rudely handed us our cold food we got home to find out they forgot 3 items and didn’t give us any sauce that they charged us extra for. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC. I’ll be contacting the BBB about this location.

I placed an order in DoorDash an hour before they closed. They accepted the Order on their end, I get a email at 8:50pm that KFC on Main st cancelled my order. The dasher was at the restaurant waiting for the food already. If they didn’t have time they should not have accepted the Order. I’ve had very bad experiences their in the past before with them taking over an hour to have a simple order complete. I decided to give them another chance and get this. If you guys are really wanting kfc let me suggest the one off Shawano. I’ve gone there a few times while in my lunch break and have never had any issues there.
