Buffalo Wild Wings

Just purchased these seasonings and when opened they were one solid brick . Had to break it up with a knife . I’ve purchased these before . Pretty sure they aren’t supposed to be like this . The both are still very clumpy. Lemon pepper wings had just a sprinkle of lemon pepper on some and others had none .

Ordered wrap with no tomatoes.. tomatoes came on it. The wrap and the fries were shockingly cold. This isn't the first time our order has been jacked up. Just the first time I'm writing about it. It's pretty hard to get under 4 stars total on Google. You have to consistently be bad. And no amount of, "come have something free" helps when there is a deep, repetitive, core issue with quality control.

This place has really gone downhill. I don’t blame the employees they seemed under staffed. The food is not great not sure what has happened to this once great establishment. The service was slow we watched two other tables that arrived 20 mins after our party of 4 get appetizers and meals while we were still waiting for appetizers. The meal and appetizers were delivered together and the amount of sauce on the wings was ridiculous they were swimming in sludge it was so thick good lord. I would not recommend unless all other places are filled to capacity and then you might be better off getting some frozen boneless wings and make them at home.

It was a disaster from the get go. On Father's Day the dads in our family wanted Hot Wings so we chose to go to Buffalo Wild Wings over another Hot Wing restaurant in a nearby town. When I think of BWW, I think of a fun atmosphere because it's usually a hot spot for watching sports on the screen. Well, not on this day. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and the place was pretty empty. There was not a hostess but once we were noticed we were sat right away. I was super thirsty and I ordered ice water and a cocktail. It seemed to take forever to get our drinks but they finally came. The cocktail was good but small. For appetizers we ordered Fried Pickles and Buffalo Chicken Tots. The pickles came out first and we were not given individual plates. We couldn't find a server so we put them on napkins and handed them around the table. When the Buffalo Chicken Tots arrived we asked for plates. It took awhile but we were brought plates and then we noticed that we didn't have eating utensils. The Buffalo Chicken Tots are messy so you can't really eat with your fingers. We flagged down our server and asked for utensils. On his way to get them he stopped to take an order from another table and was there for awhile. Finally, he brought us utensils but by then the appetizer was cold. However, both appetizers tasted good and my only complaint was that there was only one small piece of chicken on the Buffalo Chicken Tots. Next, the main course... wait for it... when we began to order, we were told that they were OUT of the traditional bone-in chicken wings! (Insert surprised emoji face here). My husband opted not to order anything and the rest of us found something on the menu to order. I ordered the BBQ Brisket Sandwich (doesn't that sound good?) and French Fries. When the main course arrived I asked for Ranch dressing to go with my French Fries. The taste of my sandwich was very good except there wasn't a lot of meat, and within the meat I found two giant blobs of fat that I had to remove (see photo). I was able to shove whatever meat there was over to one side and enjoy half a sandwich. The french fries were nice a crisp just the way I like them. So now we are eating... munch munch munch... everyone liked what they ordered and when we were all done.... the waiter brought the Ranch dressing that I had asked for (insert hysterical laughing emoji face). We never complained to anyone because the place was clearly understaffed and that is not the fault of the servers. I only ever saw two servers the entire time, ours and another one who was waiting on a table of about 12 people. And, after we arrived, the place started to fill up so these two were having to do it all. So, if this place goes downhill and ends up having to close, I blame the owners and the managers who should have made sure to have enough staff and WINGS for the holiday. Good luck BWW. I hope you turn things around because your food is pretty good and I want to be able to eat there again someday.

First Off I would like to say Beyond the Best Service Ever. From the Head down The Mangers the Guy I totally forgot his name short Guy. One believe it’s Bryant’??? Let’s just Say I pick the wrong Sauce and it was extremely Hot. He Came over in Seconds talk to me and Informed me of some better Choice and Educated me on some Better Picks for next time. Before we Walk off I Had Hot food on my Table didn’t miss a Beat. But I want to Highlight this Amazing Woman Name Dakota Guys/Women I don’t do this on a Regular But Such a Sweet Person she was very apologetic even for my mistake I didn’t have to Ask for Anything She beat me to the Punch if you don’t Believe me Ask for her on your next Visit… I’m Give them 10Stars I wish I was A Secret shopper y’all did it. Thanks Management For Training Staff like this all the Employees Was Over the Top.. lady with the Blue Hair thanks for stepping in helping as well. My Cheat Date Was Worth it Because of you All💯🔥🔥🔥🔥

Food is bad. Comes out cold, and rubbery. They let it sit on the warmer for 30+ minutes before bringing to the table. The draft beer is off, ordered draft Shiner tasted nothing like it (sour taste). Basically they have a bunch of TV's. The waitresses was amazing, they don't have enough staff to help her.
