Love the coffee
hate the burgers. But customer service is bY far the best. The lady manager is always super sweet and the window ladies are very sweet always smiling familiar faces. I love the service here. Wish frappe machines were working..they never seem to be..disappointing. but this is my neighborhood micky ds. Service is always excellent
The last couple of mornings I've came by this McDonald's on S. Division in Grand Rapids and a gentleman by the name of Thomas that works in the Drive-Thru has showed some of the best customer service skills I've came across in a while and I appreciate it....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CREW

Hello friends, I am rating McDonald's at 1240 Division South, In Grand Rapids, Michigan. To be perfectly honest, I find this particular store to be a very friendly and helpful store, to eat, relax, and enjoy the company of the staff and fellowship. Today ,Sunday, I saw something I thought was great, I went to this McDonald's to find out that they had temporary closed their lobby for the evening and witnessed staff working together to do a very well job in sanitizing and cleaning the store, on top of being able to maintain their customer service and serving food to their customers, in this time of this very unfortunate virus that has come upon us, I think that what McDonald's is doing a very good thing, not just for the community, but their customers and everyone involved, this I find to be very good customer service and I myself appreciate what they're doing for their customers, having a good clean and healthy store as well as friendly staff and great food, I could go on , but I think we all appreciate what McDonald's is doing for the community and customers, so I've given this a 5-star rating, and believe that this is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner they are a 24-hour store the lobby closes at 11 p.m. Drive-Thru is always open, great place to visit, Family friendly.
We are visiting from iowa and have stopped here twice for “dessert”
They literally hook you up with the McFlurry! Damnnnnnn best damn McFlurrys we have ever had!
Food is great as per usual.
Store could be a little cleaner. But overall it wasn't bad as it could have been.
They treated me like a king, a rockstar crew handeling a rush shorthanded but wait time was still not bad, service was supprisingly good. I dont often go to mcdonald but im calling it like it was. There was nothing to complain about. The McCrew did me good and i am very thankful. The food was tasty. Not as cheap as when i was a kid, but one can hardly blame that on the persons working in the store. Thank you, im lovin it
