The last couple of mornings I've came by this McDonald's on S. Division in Grand Rapids and a gentleman by the name of Thomas that works in the Drive-Thru has showed some of the best customer service skills I've came across in a while and I appreciate it....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CREW

Hello friends, I am rating McDonald's at 1240 Division South, In Grand Rapids, Michigan. To be perfectly honest, I find this particular store to be a very friendly and helpful store, to eat, relax, and enjoy the company of the staff and fellowship. We are visiting from iowa and have stopped here twice for “dessert” They literally hook you up with the McFlurry! Damnnnnnn best damn McFlurrys we have ever had!

Food is great as per usual. Store could be a little cleaner. But overall it wasn't bad as it could have been.

They treated me like a king, a rockstar crew handeling a rush shorthanded but wait time was still not bad, service was supprisingly good. I dont often go to mcdonald but im calling it like it was. There was nothing to complain about. The McCrew did me good and i am very thankful. The food was tasty.

Things are getting better but they still have some work to do
