I've been coming to this location for about a year now and they do not disappoint. I usually will order through the Potbelly app for pickup and my order is always ready on time. The sandwiches are really good, along with the cookies and shakes. To top it off, all of the employees are super friendly! A great place to quickly grab some lunch.
The manger, Laquoia (sorry if I misspelled!) is fantastic. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and friendly and helpful attitude. I messed up my own order and she was kind, understanding, gracious and overall delivered one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. Thank you Laquoia!
First visit and really liked it! The staff was very friendly and the food was tasty. I had the meatball sandwich and loved it. Will definitely be going back.
Potbelly’s slapped today! For someone who is feeling under the weather for the better part of a week, I needed something warm and comforting. The cheddar and broccoli soup, no matter the place, has always been a staple in my life, and this hit home. Potbelly’s soup will make you scrape for the last spoon full.

Great tasting and quality food. Ordered at the drive-thru and the food was ready surprisingly fast yet still fresh. The order-taker/cashier was very friendly and polite. She even offered my dogs Milkbones while we waited.
The pizza melt was very good and staff are very friendly!

Was instantly greeted warmly by staff. Since it was my first time here I was very indecisive on what to order. Staff was very patient with me. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Food was quickly made well. Had a sandwich and soup. Both very tasty. Strawberry shake was amazing! Would recommend!
Excellent subs! Me and the family really enjoyed it and was great quality meat. My girlfriend said it was the best sub she ever had and my son said the macaroni and cheese meal was great.
