Despite some of the more recent negative reviews, we had great service and the waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten-free, vegan options. My partner and I are both vegan, but I am new to also being gluten-free. Was thrilled with the number of options! Also, the gluten-free bread they use is better than many other regular breads I've had. Was told it's from Kind Crumbs, a local bakery. Definitely order the spinach artichoke dip, you won't regret it! Only bummer was that my boyfriend ordered the club and they were out of two of the main ingredients- tofu and the "bacon." He opted for the calzone instead which was just insane. Glad GR has this vegan-friendly spot. Servers were cool, kind, and easygoing.
We travel from Whitehall to enjoy the yummy vegetarian/vegan options and keep coming back for the Brick Road burger, which in my opinion is the best vegetarian burger around! Our visit this week was made extra special by our server, Julia. Thank you, Julia for a fun evening.
Excellent vegan and gluten free (celiac safe, at least it was for me) pizza! ⭐️ Best gluten free pizza I ever had! Many vegan options. I had The Tempest (highly recommend) and The Loaded Potato Pizza (which was great too). Very thoughtful staff. Menu even says that the gluten free pizza is baked on its own tray.
Our friend had The Vegan Surprise (looked great too).
For anyone gluten free - you know how a left over pizza is a brick the next day?! Not this one. We ordered an extra The Tempest and it was great the next day too, even cold.

I have been eating Vegan for almost 4 years now. I dont know how they have eluded me thus far, but we finally found them! I have stayed away from vegan pizzas as I have been let down so many times.
Not here!!!Went for the first time 12/28 and have been back 4 more times. Their vegan options are AMAZING!!! When I brought my non vegan mother there she was blown away by their vegan lentil meatballs(pictured). She couldnt even tell.
Their loaded baked potato (pictured) and BBQ tofu pizza(not pictured) are EVERYTHING!!! Price is right. Atmosphere is spot on. The wait is a little bit...but this isnt a fast food place. Sit down. Well this was realllllllllly good. My wife and I wanted to get out and let someone else cook for us. Its hard when we are trying to eat vegan. But this place really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we got what we asked for. The food was so good.

One thing to put a damper on the experience, we were placed in the corner by both windows. And that normally is fine but we could feel the cold comming off the windows more than normal. But great veiws.
Great vegan options. Food is good and wait staff friendly. Busy place so may have to wait a few minutes for a table if going at peak times. Not the fastest service so not a place for a quick bite. Parking tends to be limited. Menu is expansive with lot of good options for Vegans and nonVegan. I will go out of my way to eat here and keep returning.
Food was really good here. Vegan friendly place. Good with young kids. Plus there is a bar at the back. Parking is accessible. We keep on coming back to eat here.

Treat yourself to a large margarita pizza and change your life!! You can tell the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the pizza was hand crafted by someone who cares about culinary excellence!

Great gluten free pizza and bread sticks. The toppings were plentiful and the flavor was excellent. I look forward to being back in Grand Rapids to enjoy cooking back to try the gluten free mushroom penne. It jumped off the menu for me and I almost got it and pizza 😁 but felt I needed to set a good example for the kids 😂 who by the way ate most of the bread stick order.
Pretty damn amazing pizza and menu options!! You wouldn't believe how gluten and vegan friendly they are! Not to mention the most important facts... That it tastes amazing!!!
First time at Brick Road, and it most definitely will not be the last! Incredible homemade pizza with what you can tell are very fresh ingredients. Also a big fan of the COVID takeout process, highly recommend!
LOVE this place. It's our go to dinner spot in GR. The food is so good and the drinks are great too!
