I love barbecue and Two Scotts is the best in GR. I absolutely love their brisket...moist, great flavor and smoke...yum. Their pulled pork is also very good and their burnt ends are to die for. Addictive. The sides are solid...beans are good, spicy, meaty but sometimes crunchy rather than al dente or chewy. The corn bread is sweet and tasty in muffin form. Altogether its way too easy to order too much and over eat here so bring your friends, your self-control and take some leftovers home.
Had the best brisket I've ever eaten and it wasn't even close. Perfectly seasoned and melted in my mouth. The rest of the food was just as amazing. I highly recommend the 3 meat combo for a first or even second time.
Best mac-n-cheese I've ever had and will probably ever have! Nice kick to it and flavorful! I was blown away. Also, the tots are killer! The slaw was different from anything I've had. My husband hates slaw, and he likes it and ate half. I'm visiting from out of state, and when I come back, this will definitely be my go-to spot. Friendly staff. Different types of sauce to choose from at your own convenience! Love the atmosphere! I'll be back before I leave town!
Looks are deceiving on the outside but when you are in there and eat... 100% worth it.
October 2023 is when I was there and WOW! Food was so bloody good, guys and gals working there were super cool. Food was brilliant and delicious! I had the brisket and tots with their sauce ( help yourself on the selections they have ). Will definitely go again...
I got the pulled pork sandwich with the Mac and cheese as a side. Easily the best pulled pork sandwich I've had, very generous with the meats and slaw (multiple times it was falling off the bun because it was so stacked) and the Mac and cheese was good as well! Will be coming back to check out the other menu items they offer!
We used 2 Scott’s to cater our family reunion. Everyone raved about the food, especially the chicken and the beans! Scott was great to work with via email, as I live out of state. I would recommend them again and again
We had 2 Scott's cater our wedding and it was exceptional!! We had a non traditional wedding with about 50 people and everyone was happy. Scott's response time and follow through was first class. My detail oriented and controlling self was at ease with his attention to detail.
We have always loved the quality of food when we stop in for lunch, which was no different than the larger portions. Devin and DJ were phenomenal hosts to our guests. They were kind and friendly, even took care of me (groom) as I was running around and forgetting to eat. Super appreciative and can't wait to stop in for more rib tips!
I had the pleasure of trying the brisket. Many people have opinions on how brisket should be done, and my opinion is that this brisket was done exceptionally well. I do not like an overly soggy/greasy brisket, nor do I like a dry brisket, and this was the happy medium...near perfect. The rub is fantastic; it's a good, heavy, chunky, gritty coat. The meat was trimmed nicely, just enough fat. And the cook left the meat able to fall apart but hold together, a good bite thats easy to chew. I WILL be trying the other things on the menu.
Wonderful customer service. They are very cheerfull, friendly, helpful, kind, and most importantly know their menu! I wanted the brisket, but it is extremely popular and they were sold out! Make sure to get here early so you can get yours! If they are out of brisket I would reccomend the pulled chicken or pulled pork sandwiches. The Mac n cheese and mushrooms sides are nasty don't try them unless you like the taste of MREs
We had Two Scott's cater our wedding, and from start to finish, they were flawless. It was nearly impossible to choose which food we wanted, since it is all so great! We went with the brisket and the pulled chicken as the proteins. Both were phenomenal. The staff did an amazing job from start to finish, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Two Scott's for your catering needs, or if you just want a bit of tasty BBQ.
From the start of our experience..food tasting; the food was excellent and employees were treated like family. When the food was catered for our wedding, the taste didn't change and it was fantastic all over again. Mac n cheese and corn muffins were talked about the most! But the pulled pork and brisket was great as well.
Stopped in for Brisket but they were sold out. Got a pulled pork sandwich instead and it was very very good. Mac and Cheese was also good. Highly recommend this BBq spot.
