On 11/30/23 we went to the Outback with two guest. They had a bad experience about 6 years ago and never went back. Instead they go to Texas Roadhouse for their steaks. I told them to come and check it out again. I told them their steaks are hands down. Whoever is the cooks they need a raise! Not everyone can make a steak. Our waitress Shannon gave us an outstanding customer service. She just came to our table to make sure are drinks were good and if we needed anything. She was on Point!!! My two guest were very impressed and hopefully they will return. Thank you so much Shannon for ur amazing customer service.
Went yesterday for lunch with my son and the waitress was fantastic! There was no wait to get in and we were seated right away! Out food came out hot and drinks were amazing! My oldest son decided to tell the waitress it was my birthday and she was sweet enough to let me choose which desert I wanted and thankfully it wasn't a big birthday surprise because I'm socially awkward lol! But we will definitely be back!
We (6 adults and 2 young children)... came in to celebrate my twin (adult) sons winning 1st and 2nd place in their weight class in a jujitsu tournament ... our server Katie was PHENOMENAL! She was attentive helpful kind and had a great attitude! The manager Tim made a special point to come over and help my daughter in law make a dinner choice that fit her eating style ... our experience was great and our food was really good too (and very generous portions!)
Side note: we were all so hungry none of us took pictures of our food lol but trust me it looked and tasted good! I added pics of their medals haha 🏅 🥈
Our server vanessa was awesome, She was by our table every few minutes checking if we needed anything. The food was awesome, In fact it was even awesome the next day for leftovers. The parking lot was full and I thought we would have a big wait. We were inside sitting at a table before I knew even what happened. The food was beautiful beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be coming back here again soon.
It definitely is worth treating yourself to some delectable eats from time to time. The ribs were juicy, tender and slid right off the bone. The atmosphere was decent, not too loud, and service was done in a timely manner.

I have to say I was very impressed with this Outback Steakhouse. I decided I’d give this one to try because most of them I don’t know it seems like my food is always cooked wrong or something is wrong with it. But this location it was perfect from the bread to the Porterhouse steak I with the lobster tail on the side and the loaded mashed potatoes. It was completely flavorful and delicious. I will be back to this one and the server I didn’t catch his name wait I just found it on the receipt Robert H , I think he went above, and beyond what he needed to and I’m thankful for that, because that gave me a little bit more of a better experience coming to here
I can always count on Outback to give solid service and good food. I prefer them over Texas Roadhouse and the extra gluten free options are excellent.
Great food. I had 1/2 rack of ribs and 4 coconut shrimp. My husband had a small sirloin and 4 coconut shrimp.
Kira, our waitress, was great. Brought me an iced tea as she saw I was getting low.
We come here often. Love their Prime Rib, as well.
Had an awesome experience there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, very attentive to not only us but all the guests that were there, they were very quick to answer any questions or requests. Staff all seemed very happy and genuinely good spirited. Restaurant was very well kept and clean as well as organized amidst the dinner rush. Managers could be seen interacting with guests and staff and were fully engaged with the restaurant.
The Friday night we were there, our waitress Andrea was fantastic. She was very friendly, smiling, and served us in an outstanding, quick, efficient manner. The Manager Samantha was amazing, too. Also extremely friendly and helpful. She runs this
this outback, really well. It was like a well-oiled machine. They all knew what they were doing and did it very well. Our food was excellent too. A great shout out to the cooks that night also. Excellent visit overall. I would go back in a minute. I wish I could, but I was just visiting Glendale then. 😊
