This place used to be great but now they are terrible. Pulled out a piece of napkin from my ranch the management didnt even approach me to apologize. Wouldnt recommend.

Great place for wings. Their service now is much better than it use to be. There could be more meat on the wing but the wings are really tasty. I love their flavors.

Worst customer service. Went to order for 4 people for to go waited 35 minutes for someone to come and help me to place an order. Few times I asked representative to help me that I need to order but he left and no one paid attention to me. After waiting 35 minutes I left place and went to another restaurant in same plaza. Worst place ever. Do not waste your time and money do not give business to this people. There is better places to go and eat wings.

How do I give this place a zero? Not only does their food absolutely suck but their service is through the ground. They force you to pay a 15% tip which is very rude and they don’t let you pay individually and force you to pay the entire bill. They needed a threat of either we all pay individually or we don’t pay at all to get them in check. The place is ran by monkeys. Would avoid this place and would go to Buffalo Wild Wings for an actual experience.

The actual price they charge is 15.50 before tax
The man at the register also charged me for a ranch i didnt request. After asking why im being charged for something i didnt request. he disputed that i ate the ranch. I assumed it came with the wings. He became more agitated as i explained that you cant charge people for things they didnt request. He reasoned that people always ask for extra ranch and they put it there to save time. I stated that what hes doing is unfair and to please remove the upcharge they snuck onto my bill. He didnt speak to me for a full minute before i asked again, very uncomfortable for me and unprofessional on thier part.
Its saddening to see a place with great food have rotten service.

Wings are great, service is super fast. Knocked off one star because Philly cheese steak needs either more cheese or some kind of sauce as it's a little dry. The chicken Philly is juicier.

Tasty wings, you can go from mild to extra hot, get lemon-pepper or other tasteful wings! Curly and well cooked fries (huge amount)...has entrance from Brand and also rear side entrance as well...parking is available at the rear side of the building...peak hours are from 6 to 11 pm, it’s a little crowded at those times...fast service...amazing and very friendly staff...moderate and reasonable pricing.

These are the real deal hot wings. We get the mild and mix the hot sauce with ranch.. dip and enjoy. Also for variety get the lemon pepper too. Curly fries.. yes my weakness.
