Guy at the counter was really nice and gave me and my 3 other friends free pretzels. The pretzels tasted amazing too. Although, what he didn't know was that we can with a group of 44. I still remember the horde of kids flowing through the doors like sardines to the pretzels place. It was a memory I can never forget. Thank you for the free pretzels and good experience, guy at the counter.

Went in around 530 Wednesday july 20th, had the rudest girls take our order. Repeatedly acted like we were dumb, asked questions that they laughed at, had our items thrown on the counter. To top it off they didnt close the lid on our drink causing all the strawberry lemonade to spill and stain on our clothes. Will never go back, the white blonde girl with clumpy mascara should be fired !

Ordered from here last week for a company "Oktoberfest" event. I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager and owner. They went out of their way to help with order placement over the phone (as I was having issues ordering online) and ensuring our pretzels were ready on time. We needed 200 pretzels for a 9:30am pick-up and they arranged to open the store early on a Saturday to accommodate our order. The owner came in before the crack of dawn to make the pretzels and was so patient when our employee arrived late to pick them up. We will certainly order from them again if the need arises and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone...they were great to work with.

Cashier and other girl were both rude, we were laughed at, and left embarrassed.

Just tried to get pretzels for my kids and the lady at the counter said she wasn’t selling any now due to not being fully stocked, yet there were people sitting at a table not even 10ft away eating pretzels and there were about 6 or seven containers of pretzel nuggets in the case.

The good: - Pretzels are very good The not-so-good: - Staff could be friendlier, they seem to be bored and not very nice, making you feel a bit awkward when ordering - I've had a few times where my pretzel bites were so stale they felt like trying to eat a rock. Luckily, I was able to get a refund. - OVERPRICED. I can't stress that enough.
