The food was so hot and fresh. Must have is the Irish soda bread - could be a meal by itself. My husband said the Caesar salad was the best he has had. We sat at the bar and could order from the full menu. Anne was super attentive and friendly. Our water was constantly filled which was great on a hot, long day. Even the fries were great and I’m not typically a fries person. The 10 oz fish is way larger than it sounds!

Dining room was nice. Scotch eggs were so tasty, had clams and poutine. Our server was very polite. We had 1 hour on the meter and got out just in time.

Amazingly authentic Irish cuisine! ☘️ The bangers and mash met expectations and Scottish egg was delicious. This place lives up to its reputation and loads the drinks up. The atmosphere is quaint and rustic, and the restaurant is in the heart of downtown Gettysburg. Our server was friendly and attentive and gave us drink suggestions. Great place!

Visited after an extensive day at the Gettysburg National Military Park. My brother and I were both craving a good burger and got great burgers instead! Really enjoyed the perfectly cooked food, old school layed back pub vibe, and a few real good beers, all coupled with friendly service from the staff.

I've been coming to the GO for many years. Great group of people who work there. The atmosphere is phenomenal there. The food is great!
Went out to see two friend's of mine play there last Friday. And went our for a few drinks with my husband who was deploying. It was his first time there and he LOVED it! He wants to start going monthly once he returns.

I live 20 minutes down the road from this gem, and I'm so grateful. absolutely amazing and authentic Irish food. The draft list is wonderful as well. Service is always top notch whether we dine in or just sit at the bar. We always start off with a beer and a scotch egg. Another amazing food tip is the bangers and mash. Pair that with the Stubborn Irish Prig and you are seeing heaven, friends. Just 🤌

This is a fantastic, quaint Irish bar with amazing food and live music (check their website for times). We are regulars and we love their menu and specialty drinks. Actually you could say it was one of the reasons we moved to Gettysburg. The Red Thai mussels are to die for but their Fish and chips, shrimp, and Irish fare are also amazing.

We were in Gettysburg and wanted to get some good food and few brews. We stopped by this place . The feeling and ambiance inside prepared us for a heart warming meal. We had salmon , chicken cutlets and one more dish don't remember the name . The entrees were delicious and we loved the mashed potatoes with our meal . The only thing we didn't like or enjoy was the scotch egg. It was too dry and the sausage layer did not had flavor . All in all a great place to bring the family and enjoy a good meal.
