Cannonball Malt Shop

I reserve one and two star reviews for places I wouldn’t come back to. This ice cream shop is one of them. Had a great meal nearby at a distillery and came here with friends and kids for ice cream. The ice cream is average (Turkey Hill brand) at best but the customer service is simply horrible. Specifically it was an older man who was working who seemed like the owner. My recommendation: look elsewhere.

My wife and I live half of the year in this area and enjoy going to the cannonball malt shop. We love it. The malts are just like we grew up with when we were kids. The hamburgers are incredible, with stacks of condiments. They are the best. The only negative I can put forth is that they close down in the winter. It’s a sad sad winter. On the other hand it is I happy happy spring when they open up again.

This is one of our absolute favorite places to eat. From the delicious ice cream and shakes, to the best burgers ever. Today I got a chicken chipotle wrap that was out of this world. As if that's not reason enough, the owners are the kindest, coolest people ever. I highly recommend this awesome place.🍦🌯🍧🍨🍔🍟

Honestly it seemed like the person working there did not even want me there . customer service sucked. The ice cream was okay, but i do not like dark chocolate and they have dark chocolate in the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. the place smelled so bad. And all i'm saying is it looked like he used his finger (gloveless) to get the ice cream off of the scoop. wouldn't recommend.

Good, but there are probably some better places nearby, judging by the number of ice cream shops seen when driving around. My ice cream had ice chips in it from freezer burn. My husband's pistachio shake was good but had a little too much milk and was soupy. Staff was very friendly and service was very good.
