Wife ordered two large french fries in the Drive-Thru today this is what we got! Spent twenty bucks for one sandwich to sodas and two fries only get half of fries! Now my wife has to go find more food because one package of fries were supposed to be her lunch :-(

Got some of the advertised items. They were very good. The only thing is they appeared to be stingy with the straws. 4 or 5 people told them they were.out of straws by the drinks and they would only give the number of straws requested after they checked your drinks to ensure you were not lying. The food was not quite like it is shown on TV but it was definitely tasty. Overall a good experience.

I was craving a Reuben today. I talked to my patient about it, he agreed sounds good!!! I order 2 Reubens and fries. Get home and there was barely any meat or sauerkraut on them. There was more bread. We could reach move it all to one side of the sandwich. They used to be packed full and delicious. What happened Arby's??

I was a regular at this location and things were good for awhile. However the past few times I’ve gone, I’ve gotten about half my order each time. Which is kinda a big deal since I’m usually ordering lunch for 3 or 4 people. Anytime I call to report it the line doesn’t even pick up, I’m not usually a review guy but I’m kinda done with this place.

I usually go to this Arby's often since I've moved out here, but just got home with my order and one of my items is missing. I still have the receipt & tried to call the store, but guess the phone isn't working. I don't feel like driving in all that traffic just to go back for one item today. 😔

The manager with the colorful dreads and cool tattoos was probably one of the kindest, most professional employees I've met. Someone give her a raise or something, please. God bless.

Line was REALLY long in the drive-thru, so my husband went inside. Didn't matter. He was in their over 15 minutes and came out with lukewarm food, no napkins or sauce in the bag. You may be understaffed, but you can at least give people hot food and make sure they have what they need.

Redeemed a coupon that came in the mail for a $3 Rueben sandwich. The coupon allowed up to 6 sandwiches at the discount price. Great sandwich, great deal. It is paired well with a medium order of curly fries.
