Subway

2 stars because always fresh, clean, friendly! minus 3 stars because never completely correct, not once, and missing value for the money. over about 3 years i have stopped here maybe 5-6 times. drive through or walk-in it's the same with incorrectly put together orders. missing items. this time it was one sandwich nicely loaded up nicely but missing 2 ingredients. the other sandwich however was nearly empty bread with only meat, cheese, and cucumber. the sandwiches were supposed to be identical with added peppers, minus cucumbers on the second. being incorrect is one thing but paying extra for the missing food isn't good. interestingly the phone is out of service.

Wrong orders from the online pick up consistently every single time!!!!! High schoolers running the kitchen without a manager or the owner anywhere to be found They attempted to deny making my order again and correctly or to give me my money back because noone was there to authorize it ,on top of that took the food I brought from home and sat it in the front where they made other people's new sandwiches! Whether I'm clean or not that is very unsanitary and unethical practices

This is probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. I had a steak and cheese melt with just lettuce on it. The sandwich was soggy on the inside and burned on the outside. After just a few bites I had to give up. I couldn't finish it. It was that bad. The coke that came with it made me sick after about three sips.it tasted like it had some type of cleaner in it. Turned my stomach upside down. I will not ever return to this Subway. The fact that I rarely eat fast food, leads me to believe that will be the last Subway I visit.

Awful, I used to to at subway, it’s really not that hard to make a sandwich. Especially when it’s an order online and every ingredient is listed on the paper. Literally got no cheese when I ordered extra, when I pay extra for something I’d at least like the minimum amount. Also, is it soo hard to spread the stuff around on the sub? 1/2 of the second half of my foot long was completely bare, had to take the sub apart and spread the ingredients around. This is not the first time this subway has done this too. It’s just soo damn frustrating. Would like to give negative stars.

Service was not friendly..They got argumentative when they made 2 mistakes on my order and I needed them corrected for allergy purposes. They also wouldn't honor the $5 subs unless you order on line.. Then the lady at check out also couldn't figure out how to apply my $2 rewards so she just blew it off and said maybe next time..They really need to improve their service as I will just order my subway elsewhere.. Never have this problem at the Subway in Walmart or In Lexington
