Ordered and paid just to find out they were out of Cool Wraps by 6:00pm on a Friday. They gave me a refund for the Cool Wrap but didn't offer anything else for the major disappointment. They really need to communicate between between the cook staff and the wait staff. With so many Chic-fil-a locations around, I won't be going to this one again. I've been treated better for less severe errors at other locations.

This location gave low amount of fries. Chicken tasted weird in the sandwich and nuggets. No lettuce or even kale salad. First time ever experience from a chick fila that they don’t have certain items . I asked for easy ice and I still got the same amount.
The employees are nice. I would stay away from this location. Not worth it. I would avoid if possible

It's worth it every time I go.
I like the chicken sandwich deluxe, there fries, Mac and cheese and the lemonade is the best!!!! They do have good chicken nuggets as well.

Love the food and everyone is always extremely nice. The only thing that sucks is the location. The drive through is sadly just to small to hold how many people want food so it often backs up onto the road.

Always good and always gets my order right. I have a picky eater in the family and he only eats the frys. So when I order extra frys without a combo meal it is often overlooked when we receive our order from other fast food restaurants.

Had a mobile order and waited forever! Then when I got my items, the ice cream cups were missing and I got the wrong drinks! I didn’t go back because I noticed when I got home but very disappointed as this is not the first time this happens! I should have just gone back for a refund but didn’t want to wait forever.

Not sure if Chick-fil-A owners are supposed to be Christians, but the owner of this one seems to be more focused on greed. There should have been another Chick-fil-A in Georgetown years ago. Food is great, but almost always an unnecessarily long wait.

The Texas Chick-fil-A, the Food was great as always but, our hospitality is better. Here in Jersey at ours, you're treated like family. There no so much.
