Coffee was good. It has a small sitting area nonetheless it’s comfortable. Outside sitting has a nice view of the wharf and cruise liners docked by the side.
What a great staff at the busiest Starbucks ever! Where the cruise ships are, small parking lot no drive through, but a warm welcome from the barista that could turn a bad day to good! Everything was better than expected!
Very cool location right across from Cruise terminal. Staff was motivated to served and they worked as a team as we got the Box coffee for 15 people and sandwiches and they made it happen in less than 4 minutes. Awesome awesome staff. Restaurant was also very very cleaned with good air condition and clean restrooms. Highly recommended when In the Galveston Area.
This is by far the best experience I have had to date at a Starbucks! Baristas we're very friendly, professional and nice even at five thirty in the morning and took out orders and had our drinks ready in record time. We went back again the second morning no questions asked because of the remarkable service. The drinks were good as well. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Keep it up.
Fast and friendly service. Usually packed due to location and awesome staff. Not the best parking because it's shared with Jimmy John's and free spaces.

I’m something of a Starbucks connoisseur (lol) as I’ve been to soent lots of time in different Starbucks all over greater Houston and this place does a really nice job! I’ve been in the area for a couple of weeks and have found the staff and service super friendly, polite, efficient!
I’ve never been big on breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks bc they usually arent cooked right when they come out in my experience— but every breakfast sandwich I’ve gotten there has been very delightful and so quick!
This place feels like my new “home away from home” Starbucks now I love it! I wish they had a drive thru option but it’s nice going inside as well
Never have an issue at this Starbucks, and we come almost every weekend. Very rarely out of the things we order, and everyone is super personable. Jonathan and Abby know who we are when we walk in and make it a point, even if they're busy, to say hey before we order. It's Starbucks, so you know it's going to be good, the staff makes it a better experience.
Kevin is amazing. Love the patio! They are so speedy and friendly. Absolutely great place to stop in and work.
The staff was incredibly friendly and swift on the orders. They have plenty of workers to keep the momentum rolling, and the location is perfect. Yes, like any Starbucks there's a lack of sitting chairs, but they manage what they can with the limited space. The Chai and Chestnut Praline Lattes were delicious.
