Great All in one location where you can find healthy meals and delicious desserts too. I love their focus is on color and convenience and not lacking on tasting great. Most places offer chips for a side, but here you can choose from a whole apple, orange, or banana or you can get their kale salad which is like Coleslaw but uses kale too and is mixed in a mustard flavor sauce which my wife loves. I am not a big mustard fan but I like this option. Today we called in our order and they had it ready when we arrived. We got their Chicken Pesto Flatbread meals with the kale salad on the side. Added a smoothie on and got cookies. The smoothie is so large that it last a couple of hours. Krysta was a big help and explained how the app worked. That every $55 you spend you get $5 off your next purchase. While we have visited the location on 34th for the 7 years this was my first time here and I loved the layout.

I love tropical smoothie. I wish the employees would try the foods they make to connect with the customers more. I wanted to try the plant based products but nobody new the flavor profile.

So...I tried it, curiously taking it out, and then putting it in.
It is the ultimate disposable straw idea!
I could drink off that straw all day. And combined with drinking my smoothie...ultimate goodness

The customer service here is great. I had to bail on my to go order, and I came hours later and it was in the cooler for me waiting, just in case. BUT they insisted that they make it fresh (w/o recharging me). Jack and Erin were extremely friendly and helpful!

Clean, delicious, scrumptious. This location makes me feel good about my mornings as I start it everyday with a smoothie and PB flatbread. I always look forward to seeing the employees and starting my morning off right.

Love my tropical smoothie cafe. Everytime I am in Gainesville I have to stop in and see this lovely staff. Everyone is on their A game at this location. Top notch service and great smoothies. Whether I am in town for a Gator game or just to see family this spot is a must visit. Stop in and ask for Whitney or any of the lovely staff they will make your visit a pleasure.

Good customer service from Whitney, the young red-haired lady. She is always friendly and makes customers feel welcome, in addition to being knowledgeable about the products and alternatives (e.g. when I asked for no sugar, she let me know that Tropical Smoothie offered Splenda and honey as alternatives).
