Dunkin'

Came this morning to order 4 things. Two croissants one plain and the other with ham and cream cheese, one side of hash browns & one strawberry glazed donut. I get my order and wonder where the ham is on one of the croissants and ask the manager now that the employee who took my order wasn’t there. Manager proceeds to tell me they haven’t served ham in months and I let her know she should inform customers or say something while I ordered. The employee who took my order walks up behind her and laughs at me saying “you didn’t ask for ham”. The manager does nothing to help and just stayed quiet so I left and threw the whole order away. I also suggested to go through the cameras and hear them to realize what employees you have working for you. I stand by the truth even tho it’s a Dunkin order and you shouldn’t have an employee like that. I don’t care to loose $6 but the next person might only have that and you have employees lying to you and laughing at customers when orders come out wrong. Strongly suggest to go to a DIFFERENT LOCATION.

I was there around 5 :30, so the selection was very limited -- but it looks like the selection is limited all the time, both on the Dunkin' side and on the Baskin Robbins side. I just ordered an ice tea and an order of tater tots. The tea has basically no flavor at all...but at least it didn't taste bad... The tots were a tiny order of even tinier tots and we're fried beyond all recognition...and had absolutely no business tasting as good as they did. I guess that extra caramelization made a difference. In any case, the customer service was very pleasant and the place is comfortable, if small, with nice indoor and outdoor seating, so definitely some things to recommend it. All in all, a thoroughly so-so experience.

We were looking for a little treat to kick off the summer and decided to drop by Baskin Robin's with our kids. Parked and hopped out, but when our kid tried the door it wouldn't open. So we tried again. We almost left upset, by the staff came out to open the door for us, it was operator trouble and not locked. They welced us and apologized for the trouble at the door. We tried Breakfast in Bed a new flavor, and yall TRY THAT. Had to buy a couple cups. Excellent ice cream but even better service.

Just this morning went there to get a coffee and some food and I’ve had problems from them before but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they changed my mind really fast after the encounter I had with the rude staff this morning, I order a sandwich and the cashier didn’t tell me they were out of one thing for the sandwich so she just decided not to ring me up for it and not tell me anything so I sat there waiting for 30 mins for an order that she didn’t ring me up for, not only that it took them 10 mins to ask what I was waiting for, and when they gave me my coffee it was wrong so they took It and dumped it out and used the SAME cup that contained the dairy product, I’m allergic to dairy and I asked for oat milk so they poured the oat milk on top of the remaining dairy, and we had already informed my cashier about my allergy, that’s just cross contamination and that’s peoples safety on the line And also whoever I interacted with was VERY rude and needs to be taught how to properly handle situations because that was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Safe to say I won’t be going there again for my safety.

The staff was friendly and my donut taste good. When I ordered my hot macchiato I went to sit down and wait for it to be prepared. Unfortunately I waited 10 minutes then went to check in and find my macchiato already sitting on the counter. No one had called my name or alerted me that it was ready. No big deal but when I went to take a sip it was cold. Not luke warm but ice cold. Even if it had been sitting there for a few minutes there is no way that it had cooled down that fast. I even double checked my order to make sure I had specified hot which according to the receipt i did. It was disappointing since today was so cold/windy and I had been looking forward to a hot drink.
