Waffle House

The service was awesome and the people were so friendly. We are originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico and have never ate at a Waffle House. We will gladly be coming again. The food was amazing!! Makes you want to slap your grandma!! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality and food. This by far is the best Waffle House ever as well as our first experience. I love the location because it is walking distance for truck drivers.

I have always like this Waffle House; good food & friendly staff. However, tonight I tried to go here with my parents. My dad has knee problems and has to walk with a cane. He also can not literally fit in the booths. As such, the only seats he can fit in is the tables to the left of the cash register. They had this section roped off, which is fine. But the lady absolutely refused to let us sit in those seats, even though that is the only option he can physically use. I understand the reason, but when you have a customer who can only physically use one section, they should accommodate.

This review is for the HWY 221 Waffle house not the Hyatt st waffle house. They never answer the phone to take to go orders, even when they are not busy. The only place open to eat because of the snow storm and they decide to shutdown the dine in and only take walk in to go orders and have customers bunched up together standing around the cash register placing orders and catching COVID while waiting for there food. Of course they added that extra 10% fee for to go orders.
