First time eating at a Cook Out Restaurant. The chicken sandwich was fresh, the fried cheese was good, the french fries were burnt though.
Would probably try another meal tray if I visit again. Meal Trays are very affordable.

My husband and I were traveling from out of town late at night. We were on our way to our hotel and stopped around 10:00pm when everything else is closed. We had to wait for almost 10 minutes before the cars even moved in line. By the time we got our food they had forgotten half of our order after we recalled it off to them at the window so we paid full price for only half of an order. The employee at the drive thru even looked in the bag before handing it to us so he should’ve known it wasn’t all there! Also left out the utensils, our food was cold, and the milkshakes were watered down. Disappointing and ridiculous.

We ordered through a drive through because their dine in was close. The service was terrible. We got nothing with our order. We had to ask for plasticware, ketchup, napkin & we forgot to ask for straws & didn’t get any. These items should be placed with each order regardless.

Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered then I pulled up and was told that they couldn’t take my order because they were short staff. Would not recommend going late at night long wait and bad customer service overall

I just sat in line for about 15 minutes for a bbq plate and this is what I got, a scoop of bbq and a small container of slaw. No hush puppies, no fries, no explanation. Very disappointed.

We got two Cheerwine floats and neither of them had ice cream in them. Very disappointing. Do better Cookout

Food was good. But there was no one in line but me and asked for just a moment. I had never ate at Cook out before. But the girl kept going you ready are you ready to order. So I just chose the first burger on menu. Then she never spoke when I arrived at the window except to say the total. So extremely unfriendly service. I will not go back.
