Mr. Waffle

This is a smoking and non smoking diner. I thought these places had all been updated to non smoking only. The service was slow because every dish is made fresh. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My server was awesome. Checked back quite a few times to be sure I didn't need anything. For an omelette, hash browns , one waffle and a cup of tea it was $14.70. Bit pricey for a simple meal. Food and service were great ! Worth it. Hours from 6 am to 2 pm. Short staffed !

This is the greatest hit in Treasure in South Carolina. Seriously, staff here is amazing, the food is out of this world, in the atmosphere is nostalgic of 1997. There is no doubt this place could update the interior to something more modern, but it seems they have intentionally kept the atmosphere of a time that has since been lost. For that, I truly appreciate it. And was my waitress and she was amazing. I don't think I have had service like this in decades. She was super attentive and extremely welcoming. I travel down 85 South frequently but have never visited Mr waffle. I am so glad I decided to and, I will definitely be back every time I had to Clemson now. Thank you guys for hiring Quality stata, quality Cooks, and keeping the tradition of this establishment.

Omigosh... The one place left in the world that has a smoking section! Food is every bit as good as their competitor, for about the same price. And desert? Oh YUM! If you don't eat a lot of salt- Don't order their sausage. I believe it's home-made, and they're a little heavy-handed with the salt shaker. But I'm not complaining by any means... It's delicious food, y'all!

Hands-down the best waffles and breakfast in Gaffney South Carolina. I love the atmosphere here, the staff is absolutely incredible, especially miss Ann, And that peanut butter syrup is a little piece of heaven on earth. Thank you guys for making this an absolutely amazing place to get breakfast lunch or dinner. Love stopping by here.

An off-of-the-highway breakfast place/diner comes with some unnerving mysticism. Mr. Waffle has been a spot I have been eyeballing on roadtrips from Virginia to South Carolina. Two years of random roadtrips, music, and travelling built up to finally experience the essence of the waffle. Hands down, Mr. Waffle exceeded my expectations and is now THE SPOT for myself and my comrades whenever I make the trip back to South Carolina. Quick service, spectacular food, and amazing vibes. The place reeks vintage and dining in is an unforgettable time.
