Great place to grab a bite to eat! We've been going here for years. Excellent staff and service. Plenty of items on the menu to choose from. Definitely worth the visit!

Came in on June 8th in the evening. Ordered my usual #19. As much as I hate to write this, because substation is my goto for subs. The young guy making my sub did not do a good job. The sandwich was rather dry. Even though I asked extra oil and vinegar. Hardly had any lettuce. It was just plain dry. I hate to say but it was the worst sandwich I have had there. I also only got one pickle and 2 peppers in the bag for a large sub. Was really disappointed.

Highly disappointed in sub I got today. Guess the new guy got orders mixed up but plainly asked me heavy mayo and I said yes. He proceeds to put heavy MUSTARD on my sub. Didn't notice until home and they were closed by time I went back. Now I'm stuck with a sub I csnt eat.

They have thr worlds greatest subs !! I can really say this because I have been around thr world in the Navy and personally. I get a sub here everytime I come home to visit my parents. In fact they buy my family some when I come to visit in order to have some great food to eat when we arrive !!! Best food and subs other than my wife, mother and mother in law. Keep up the great work !!! The only disappointment I have had is when I crave a sub and they are not open like this past January when I was last home for 3 weeks. Couldn't catch them open but I am not sure if it had to do with COVID19. Can't say anything bad about them and wish they had one in the Norfolk Virginia area.

I used the mobile order option for the first time this week. Not sure what took me so long!!! It was so easy and user friendly. I got my SS2 fix in a jiffy and I’ll definitely use it again.

First time visiting Sub Station here in Gaffney SC. It was extremely busy but they had my order ready and waiting for me at pickup. I was exceptionally pleased! I will definitely be back soon!

We used to order lunch here weekly, food is good but last week could not believe they held our online order up plus 2 other customers over "add ons" guys we all simply ordered 2 extra pickles they said they weren't paid for so they held all of our food so disappointing all this over .30 cent....nit to mention we were all trying to to get back to work
