Disgusting, hair in food. Forgot to even bring our drinks. Floors our slimy Never stop here again. Love this fast food chain restaurants. But they more worried about primping in the bathroom than take out the garbage or just cleaning. Also buns were cold. SMH waited time and money.

By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Aside from the fact that they never gift the correct amount of sauces requested, today showed me I will not be back. I ordered chicken minis like I always do through doordash and they were HARD AS A ROCK. I couldn’t even eat the bread. Only the chicken. This is the only location that has these problems so maybe its the employees or something.

Employees are I'll kept at this location not clean. Not clean cut employees. Wild hair...long haired boys. Employees seem to not care how they greet the patrons.. Dirty uniforms. This cpany's location is slow as well. Maybe they have no management on the premises. Not what I expected. Like other fast food restaurants

This location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The line for the bathroom was over 5 people long, which on its own would have been fine but it took 30 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for fast food.

I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that did not operate smoothly…until today. We went to this location around 3pm today and it was total disorganization. The young servers couldn’t find which cars to deliver the food and I felt it was a safety hazard with them walking through the traffic. But the worst was yet to come. The order was totally wrong and the grilled chicken sandwich was cold and had obviously been sitting out there for a while. I have always been super impressed with how Chick-fil A operates but clearly this restaurant is not up to their lofty standards.

It's Chick Fil A, what more needs to be said...my pleasure!! Parking is plentiful, although kinda awkward to get to. You have to go in from the Home Depot parking lot, almost like your going to Jim n Nick's, but vere off Chick FIL A. Just follow the crowd...lol

If I could rank this day with a ZERO, THEN I SURELY WOULD!! I have never received anything from Chick'Fil-A like what was sent to my house. It was brought to me by Door Dash. The driver or the DD program had nothing to do with the old, dried up in parts waffle fries that were inside. The chicken strip known for their juicy, tender succulent seasoned right flavor . . . WERE NOT!!! These had to have been strips from 11 a.m. the day before . . .gross!! Even the Arnold Palmer drink that is called "Joyful" should be better handled. I called to the Fultondale store to complain and Ms. Annie wanted to know if I wanted to bring it back up there. "No, I am having mobility issues, pain is chronic,you don't want to see me like this. I even asked for a complete refund. I threw the food in the garbage because as I shared with Annie, "no one was watching what was going out of the store to represent them!" Scale --- 0 to 10 OVER ALL . . . . ZER0 Waffle fries ZERO CHICKEN STRIPS NEGATIVE # Arnold Palmer Tea. . . . ARNOLD SAID," STOP USING HIS NAME FOR THAT FOOLISHNESS!!" THE only good thing this experience brought was for me to NOT EAT CFA AGAIN, NOT ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY!!! P.S. Annie, where is my refund?
