With only a few people eating in the lobby and you have over 5 employees working, why is the drive through wrapped from the window to the intercom? I gave a complete order, the order was repeated back to me. I get my order I was missing a drink, side of fries, one kids meal out of two. Kids meals were missing their rice crispy treats… We got zero napkins, no ketchup & no BBQ sauce from an employee with a bad attitude… she had the audacity to close the window on me as I requested it 😐 inside I went… Spoke with manager, he made it right BUT I need him to talk to the staff…. I don’t care how fast pace the job is, they need not to allow their feelings to control their level of service. especially during lunch.. this is what they signed up for, go hard or go home.

This new banks is much better than the old one. The lines are still wrapped around the building but at least there is someone outside now taking orders and the line moves quickly. As always the chicken biscuits are amazing but the sweet tea needs some TLC because it was no where near sweet. Other than that I liked it.

I purchased their Bacon Lettuce Fried green Tomato sandwich. It did not look like what was advertised. The sandwich's bread was tough. There was no mayo or whatever was suppose to be on there so it was very dry. All 'n all I did not like the sandwich. I will not buy another one. I was looking forward to it and was very disappointed. This was after waiting in line 10-15 minutes. There was no seasoning on the French fries either. Not good.

Honestly, I've never been to a more dysfunctional place. They had someone standing outside taking orders way before getting to the window. Sat in line for over half an hour and ended up leaving because I was late to church. Trying to get morning breakfast. I don't know what is up with this jacks but they need to get their stuff together and get the food out in a timely manner.

Please do not eat here there are flies and nats all over the place they don’t clean the tea urns so mold grows on them the supervisor is rude and a misogynist trust me I know I worked here! Jacks has gone down the drain the food doesn’t even taste the same the supervisor has people working who aren’t even in the system 🚩 I got hired in 5 minutes and never got trained. Glad to be gone I know something better awaits! (Sorry have no pictures of the mold) but letting the Health department know.

Was insanely rude and gave us the wrong things twice while acting mad at us for their mistakes. We had said large once at the speaker and they gave us regular. So we asked them to change it at the window and they still gave us regular. Went inside to get our two large fries and was given one large fry. She looked at our receipt and told me we were given regular fries because it says regular fry’s, I said yes but we told them large twice. She charged us for the second large fry that they had to fix for their mistake. Would not recommend at all they obviously hate their jobs and can’t do things right.
