Pizza Hut

Called and put in a large order on January 31st for my son’s birthday party today 2/20/22 at 12:30 pm, provided my credit card upon order and was told my card would be run the day of the order. Tried calling ahead today at noon to confirm but could not get a hold of anyone, and upon visiting the store to pick up my order, the store was closed with a notice on the door of temporary hours not opening until 4pm. It would have been fine if they had told me they couldn’t make my order today happen, I’d have figured out something else. They’ve had over TWO WEEKS to see my order and call me to cancel it. Nothing. Luckily, Domino’s was able to make my large order within 20 minutes with a last minute’s notice. AND Domino’s was only $71.00 versus Pizza Hut’s $91.00 price. Tried calling to express my dissatisfaction after they opened…finally hung up and decided to visit in person after waiting 20 minutes without any answer. Pizza Hut, you have permanently lost my business and that of my entire family. We’ll rely on Domino’s moving forward, since you have proven you cannot be relied upon.

I ordered pizza late on a Friday night. It was cooked perfectly, everything was hot and i got exactly what was ordered. The only things I didn't really like were the smell inside the restaurant when I went to pick it up and the amount of time promised on the web vs how much time it actually took. I had to wait inside the restaurant for about 15 min. The lady that helped me at the register was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Called ahead on the way home from work ordered a Hawaiian pizza and got one with bell peppers and chicken added that I did not ask for last time I checked it was just too toppings to make a Hawaiian you know Canadian bacon and pineapple not only that it wasn't spread through the whole pizza evenly did not take it back because I feel like they would just screw it up again will not go back Domino's and Munchies will have my business from here on out

They took our order and have a time of 30 minutes. After thirty minutes they said it was on the way and would be delivered shortly via text. After 45 minutes of ordering they called and said it wasn't on the way and they were waiting for a driver and they had no idea how long it would take and if we would even get our food within the next hour and a half. She was very rude and sounded like she hated her job.
