Worst fast food experience possibly ever.
Lady at speaker was very rude, when I got to the window she forgot my order and made me say the whole thing all over again. Made me pull around to wait which is understandable then they came out with the wrong food. When the finally gave us the right food is was missing things and they had forgotten the drinks. I genuinely feel bad for the lady as she was trying her best but despite everything that happened I’m not surprised it is Burger King🤷🏼♀️

Nice big parking lot with room for a trailer makes this BK a great stop in for the highway traveler. The food was prepared accurately and hot. I had a great experience here.

Service was horrible. Went through drive thru. Helped by a gal named Shi(?). Very rude from ordering intercom to window. Slammed window, completely disregarded request for napkins. Ordered nothing but shakes. Seems the order was too big to handle. Won't return. Will go to DQ & pay the higher price for better service.

The fries were so fresh and perfectly crisp and browned when we came through in 2019, I remembered them after the pandemic when we came through again. Today the french fries were mediocre...not as crispy and brown🤨😥

This is by far the worst BK on the western slope. When it first opened, food was hot and fresh. If Im so hungry and I want to go to the nearest place, its still lukewarm burgers and lukewarm fries. This place sux.
3 months later and guess what? It still sux. It's so obvious that the employees HATE their job. They are very short with their words, don't smile, and God forbid if you want something changed on your order or if they have to 'correct' an order. By far, the worse BK I have ever been to in my lifetime. They need to tear this place down along with the employees.

Not only was your drive through attendant rude, she was trying to keep my change. After explaining it to her 3 times she finally tossed my change at me with a total attitude. Incredible.

I go there because it is never busy when I am in a hurry. It is alright for a Burger King. I don't think it is going to last much longer. Locations are shutting down in the Grand Junction area.

They want you to order pull to window then drive around and wait for the food in the parking lot so they’re drive through times are faster. If they’re cheating the drive through you think they might cheat when it’s time to clean up in the kitchen?
