Starbucks

I’m definitely not the type to write reviews on Google, but this Starbucks location has definitely disappointed me to the max. I ordered a frappe and it was completely full of whipped cream and had zero coffee in it! I came in to get a refund and a new drink and the barista was very rude and wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying when I went to order a new drink(Which also was highly disappointing). It wasn’t busy whatsoever and I came in fully understanding mistakes happen and I was very respectful. I also noticed other customers drinks not looking half comparable to any other Starbucks location I have been to.

It's a long drive from Las Vegas to Aspen. One of the joys of the drive is stopping at the Starbucks in Fruita. First, I love the open, friendly patio. Lots of space to soak up the sunlight as you sip your drink. I often travel with my dog. I just put her dog bed down, tie her up and go in and order. Then I come out with a latte for me and a puppacino for her (A FREE cup of whipped cream dogs love) and we enjoy the beautiful outdoors in Utah. I have never been here when the baristas weren't friendly, cheerful and FAST. They make an outsider feel at home. And the bathrooms are always spotless, important when you are in the middle of a long journey. P.S. Gas across the street is cheap, cheap, cheap.

We are visiting from Idaho, and we have frequented many starbucks over the years. Although starbucks employees are trained to greet customers when they walk in, there was something different about this one. Maybe the partners there seemed more genuine, but something stood out as more exceptional. I also watched the gal at the bar confirm our order (yes, we are coffee snobs - haha). Our shots didn’t sit, but were directly poured into the cup (we like our americanos upside down), and they were delicious! Thanks to the Manager and team at this location. Job well done 😊
