Best drive thru experience I ever had! I was actually able to understand the order taker - she was polite and spoke in a clear manner. Our order was perfect. I had the opportunity to express my opinion with the manager; he was grateful for the feedback and the order taker overheard the conversation and acknowledged with a 👍. Great job all around.🍔

Ordered the 2 for 10 and they gave me old French fries and fish and burgers unsanitary touching everything and not washing their hands employees just get there and already outside smoking playing with phones manager not saying anything about it. Got time to play and not clean very unprofessional site I’ve been too this place need’s retraining big time

I didn’t even want to give 1 star…sat at the drivethru window for 10 mins before anybody said anything and was only picking up a mobile order…I pulled up to the window and two cars were in front of me pulled up having to wait on their food…a sign says their broiler is down but nothing on the website says that. So they said they’d have to replace the WHOPPERS W/CHEESE with a OG CHICKEN SANDWICH. When I asked for a Reg chicken sandwich instead because of the inconvenience and that I can’t have that much salt and he stated he could not do that…could not give me a refund, said it had to be done on the app but there isn’t even that option. Took 20 more mins after I had to come inside to get my order. The entire store also smelt like body odor. Tighten up kids, you got a raise at the beginning of the year.

Drive-Thru employee could not have been nicer. I'll start with that. There was a wait on cooking the chicken sandwich, which resulted in a pull up and wait. The employee who, eventually, brought the food out was less than personable. Rough night, maybe. After the wait, fries were cold and it tasted like vinegar was on the Italian chicken sandwich? Weird taste for sure. I don't want to go to one star, because the drive-thru lady was so nice.
