Chili's is consistent with the food and drinks served; however, the service is always iffy here. Sometimes I feel very welcomed and other times I feel as if I'm an imposition to the wait-staff.
Also, I feel like the advent of the table top tablets is taking away from the server-diner relationship across the restaurant industry.
But, I will say that the Spicy Shrimp Tacos were amazing!

One of the worst Chili's bar and grills around They are limited on employees, probably due to the lack of pay. However, the employees they do have are incompetent and rude. They regularly serve undercooked or raw food from the kitchen longer than expected. Wait times higher priced food. Bad attitudes with this sense of deserving but cannot offer good service. I do not recommend this location to anyone unless you like being berated and belittled and yelled at by the waitresses. The management is completely incompetent and cant control their own employees once again I would avoid it all costs

Standard Chili's. We stopped by for supper during vacation. Our server Mike was great. Not busy at all on a Sunday night. Love the 3 for 10.99 menu items which include a drink and appetizer.

This Chili’s has Dos XX Amber on draft and that’s one of the main reasons I go! That, and the delicious chips and salsa. They have great dessert and very friendly service.

It was a very slow Saturday night. They from to be suffering from lack of employees, as the restaurant has less than 50% of tables sat & they couldn't sit us for 25 minutes.
It looked like one employee working behind the bar, one working the bar seating & one working the other side of the restaurant.
Other than that it was your typical Chili's experience, just with a server who was crazy busy and the hostess eventually burst into tears...

No. We got the pick two for 16.99. Nowhere did it say anything about a 3 dollar upcharge for ribs. It was just one of the meats. So, they had sausage, Ribs, Chicken or BBQ Quesadillas. That was it. It didn't say, if you pick the ribs it will cost extra. 3 dollars extra a piece. That's very misleading. When I asked the waitress. She was very short with me and wouldn't let me see the menu. So I will not be going back. I wish i would have spoken to a manager. Oh well. Live and learn.

The waitress said my husband was rude because he wanted his broccoli cooked, like the menu said. It was raw and unwashed. She yelled at us saying “I’m quitting my job because of you” lol. I work in the service industry, I’m far from rude because I know how it is. Maybe train your employees to not take their personal lives out on customers idk.

Waited 45 minutes for drinks the people whom were seated after us had they're food before we ever did, never got the food, walked out.
