I love this place and stop by every time I'm back home visiting from LA. I was in last week Sunday and they had the Sauerbraten on special and it was fantastic! I had pretty much the perfect dining experience: awesome food, super friendly owner lady who was able to squeeze us in with a same day reservation, and some really old guy on another table complaining about one of the waitresses. This was the meal of 2019 for me (even beating out Peter Luger in NYC this year) and I'm happy to give a well earned five star review.

Let's start with a family-run business and always served excellent food. We usually start with the Reuben soup which is fantastic. On Friday nights they have 2 different fish frys dinners plus a combination fish dinner consisting of half of each dinner. Saturday night that usually have four or five specials. One special is beef with one dinner which is fish. They have a rotating beef specials of 3 Saturday's.
