Michaelangelo's Pizza

Pizza arrived via grub Hub. Pizza was slid all to one side. Called Michaelangelo's right away and talked to fred(owner) and was told that it was not his fault because it was ordered thru Grub Hub. I could understand this attitude from a disgruntled employee, but the Owner? I was told he was not going to remake and also when asked for a remake, and a no answer was given, he said that I would understand if I paid the bills. $29.00 for a small pizza delivered and it all went into the garbage. An amazing way to do business it these tough times. Some places need the business and some don't. My last order from Michaelangelo's.

Pizza was fantastic! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! Service definitely needs work, first was brought appetizers that we didn't order, then we were brought our pizza, THEN we were asked if we like plates, napkins, etc.... I should have asked the waitress if anyone ever says no to that question, I would guess not! Waitress came back to table once inquiring about refills on our beverages, never returned after that, had to go up to counter to ask for take home box for leftovers, you would have thought that may have sparked an idea to our waitress that we were done and bring us the bill but not so much, sat there for another 10 minutes then finally went up to the counter to ask for our bill. Service needs work!

A nice pizzeria nestled in the city of Franklin amongst a quiet neighborhood, Good service good food, If you're looking just to grab something to eat on the run or sit in their nice bar and restaurant, while taking in a sporting event, then this is the place. We have been eating here for 25 years plus. 👍

It's National Pizza Day this weekend and we celebrated early tonight. Michaelangelo's appeared to have the best ratings for a local pizza that we hadn't yet tried. 5-stars from both of us! We loved the traditional sauce, the flaky thin crust and the amount of toppings - especially the cheese, were plentiful. I ordered an 11-inch Michaelangelo's Special and he ordered an 11-inch BBQ chicken. We both had leftovers. A couple things to note, the mushrooms are canned (and big. and plentiful. and delicious) and the BBQ sauce is not very bold/tangy (but still a very flavorful mild). Delivery is to Franklin-only at a $3 fee. Pizza arrived at the start of the window they gave us (45 minutes- an hour) and both the employees, the one that took our order over the phone and the delivery driver were professional and courteous. Can't wait to try again!
