The employees are so nice and funny. They make you feel like part of the crew. The only thing I didn't like was the junkyard fries had a ton of salt on them

Very clean. Helpful staff. Would give it 5 stars if the stock levels were better managed. On average in my last 5 trips, 1 out of 4 items were in stock.

Usually really good but the past two times ive been foods been sub par and service slow, both times ive been the only car in line, understandable if its being made fresh and hot but cheese wasnt even melted, some of the buns stale and the tots were barely warm, probably wont be back, not one star due to past service but as of now i wont be back for a while

They were only open for drive-thru. We ordered a big bag of cheese sliders and received regular ones. However, we were not charged for the cheese. The food was hot and fresh.

Ahhh Krystal. When you are in the mood for one of their belly bombers, or other food items this store is one of the cleaner ones with fast service. but Drive through only for now
It is attached to a SHell gas station so you use their bathroom
( Which was clean when i was there today)
Krystal is right off i interstate 65
Take the east exit for route 96
Remember do not buy gas in the
Franklin area.... it runs about 35 cents a gallon more than 2 exits south off 65 and actually cheaper in Nashville city limits.
So you can get good krystals food here and be in your clean Nashville hotel room just about when those belly bombers say you should be ready to have a private sit down.
